Unloading & Storing Mold Blocks

Objective: To remove all mold blocks in a safe manner while preparing for an efficient setup for the next changeover.

PPE/Tools needed:

• Safety glasses, latex gloves, and work boots.
• Storage pallets
• One of the crane systems & Mold Block Forks (if removing 24”+ size mold blocks)
• Nylon banding, buckles, strapping tensioner
• Mineral spirits w/rags or towels
