Die And Tube Adjustments
What: A procedure to adjust the 3 types of die adjustments and the 1 type of tube adjustment
When: Uneven flow on inner or outer wall
Why Use: To assist making adjustments on die or tube

This explanation will be for a mic that shows wall thickness is too thin on the bottom.
- Looking at mic sheet, determine which way the adjustment needs to be before starting and how much.
- Loosen bolts on ring in front of caliper two turns.
- Loosen the bolt on top, top vacuum side, and top operator side by 1/8 to 1/4 of a turn on the caliper.
- Tighten the bolt on bottom 1st, tighten the top 2nd, tighten both sides evenly, and then tighten the rest of the bolts on the caliper.
- Tighten the bolts on the ring in front of the caliper in a crisscross pattern.
- Purge and Start up line, do mic check as soon as possible and repeat steps if needed
