Corrugator Start-up Procedure

Step 3

Remove the scaffolding and move the corrugator to run position, make sure the mold blocks are centered to the die tooling or cooling plug, then do the following checks and preparation.

• Check the Thermo Regulator that is running and set to the desired temperature
• Close the vacuum valves leaving only the first zone open
• Turn on the vacuum pumps and make sure they are running
• Set the process air Pressure to 5psi
• Quick check on heating zones that they are all up to temperature See Below pictures
