Quality Sampling and Testing Schedule

Daily Activities

Must be performed and recorded daily, no exceptions.

  1. Complete Mic Sheet ‐ 1 per shift, per each line running and record in lab test template
  2. Perform Carbon Black Test for each line running and record in lab test template
  3. Record Lab Temperature & Humidity and record in lab test template

Sunday

Complete Daily Activities outlined above. Other actions (below) to be performed over one 24 hour period for each line running.

Night Shift:

  1. Cut samples for Monday Brittleness Test, label, and place in the freezer
  2. Cut samples for Monday Stiffness/Flattening Test for each line running, label and put in lab

Monday

Complete Daily Activities outlined above. Other actions (below) to be performed over one 24 hour period for each line running.

Day Shift:

  1. Cut samples for Tuesday Brittleness Test, label, and place in the freezer
  2. Cut samples for Tuesday Stiffness/Flattening Test for each line running, label and put in lab

Wednesday

Complete Daily Activities outlined above. Other actions (below) to be performed over one 24 hour period for each line running.

Night Shift:

  1. Cut samples for Thursday Brittleness Test, label, and place in the freezer
  2. Cut samples for Thursday Stiffness/Flattening Test for each line running, label and put in lab

Friday

Complete Daily Activities outlined above. Other actions (below) to be performed over one 24 hour period for each line running.

Day Shift:

  1. Cut samples for Saturday Brittleness Test, label, and place in the freezer
  2. Cut samples for Saturday Stiffness/Flattening Test for each line running, label and put in lab

* Testing will be performed 24 hours after lab sample is placed into lab
